- May 27, 2021, 5:16pm: Providers are now able to access the Incedo Provider Portal, the earlier issue has resolved. If you continue to experience difficulties accessing the portal, please contact customer services at 1 (800) 888-1965.
- May 27, 2021, 5:02pm: Optum Maryland is aware that some users are experiencing issues accessing the Incedo Provider Portal, or are receiving Server Error messages. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
